247 Castletown, Leixlip, Co. Kildare. Recently had occasion to turn off the mains water supply at the Council stop-cock in the pavement. This stop-cock appears to be leaking. The leak seems to be from the packing valve at the spindle, and whilst the leak is not major, there is accumulated water at the bottom of the pavement housing.
